  INTRODUCTION TO "SHATKARMAS ":                   Yoga is not only about doing some asanas and be physically fit, but it teaches overall growth . INTRODUCTION TO NIYAMAS

  MEANING OF NIYAMAS  IN SIMPLE TERMS NIYAMAS MEANS "VRATA"(वृत) ,"ANUSHASANA"(अनुसासन) ,"LAW"(कायदा). IT IS SAID THAT IF YOGI  WILL FOLLOW RULES AND REGULATIONS AS MENTIONED BELOW THAN THE MEETING WITH THE DIVINE WILL BE POSSIBLE EASILY. "NIYAMAS" ARE THE LAWS THAT PERSON SHOULD FOLLOW WILLINGLY ,FORCEFULLY IMPLEMENTATION WON'T WORK EFFECTIVELY.
